The app just died

Ive been using this app for many years, and all of a sudden it just wont log on. I tried restarting my iPhone 6 plus, I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and I tried using WiFi and still no success. The only way I can access my bill information now is via website which defeats the purpose of this app. Sorry AT&T youre dropping the ball on this one.

I regret switching from Verizon to AT and T. I have been with them for six months and they have yet to get my bill correct. Each month I have to call and spend 30 minutes to 1 hour speaking to ineffective customer service staff. I have spoken with Kristen employee #FDNN4Y4 who promised my bill would be corrected the next month and it wasnt. I spent over an hour on the line today with Sheniqua employee #SM77J and Caleb employer #CQ6B38 who didnt address the issue and were rude. I am done with AT and T. Please Dont make the same mistake I did.

No comparison to Verizon Mobile app

Recently switch from VZ to ATT. ATT needs to spend more time in development of of UI. Many options should in front as you login.

Seriously???

Why cant this stupid app remember my login info. This upgrade now says I cant look at Usage anymore. No email from the company. No warning. Screw you, att!!!

Have this app for years

Ive never been disappointed.

Horrible

The GUI on this app is probably using some code language from 2002. Its literally a Mobile Web overlay which is why it takes forever to do anything. No wonder people call more often.

Up and down

Recently it has changed all my users names to just me. Good thing I know what phone number belongs to who. Its been switching back and forth from displaying everyone is me to the correct user name for about 2 weeks now

Cant use it anymore

I used to be able to see my account, now it has some error about not being connected to the Internet when Im on wifi. Switch over to data and it just loops on loading and never loads. I end up having to use the webpage which defeats the purpose of the app (and I am able to log in using wifi so my connection isnt the issue). Please fix this!!

App not working

The app since the last update has somehow stopped working. I cant log in to it. It doesnt show any error. It just keeps on loading. I dont know what is wrong with it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again yet it has the same problem. Earlier also the app was too slow. Not at all satisfied with it.

I think it WILL be good...

But it wont log me in :/ ... It just keep "thinking" even after I uninstall it and bring it back. I know its the right login and all that, but even if it wasnt it wouldnt give me an error message either. Gah! Id like for this to get resolved because itd be a cool tool!

Poor customer experience

The app has become slower with each new release. It also has links that lead to nowhere and the touch interactions are pretty bad. This app is also too bloated. Apps should only display the most important information while the rest should be accessible on desktop or mobile web.

Able to make payments, view data usage, past and current bills, etc. Very helpful.

I wish i could give ZERO stars

The app runs VERY slow, when i try to move the page it freezes and because of it, i accidentally click on things i dont want to click.

Very helpful and useful

With 2 kids that dont have a concept of cost, this app is extremely helpful to keep an eye on their data usage. The alerts are helpful as well.

One of the best apps

Looks like the new version is very fast - love it - love the data usage graphs and pie chart and also the plan change recommender.

The app does what it needs to do

I can get in make my payments, see my bills, manage my services. Its awesome.

App does everything i need it to do with no need to call customer care.

Hardly any issues!! I am able to do what I want.

I am using the app from past few years now and I hardly had any issues. I could able to navigate within the screens without any issues (no crashes, no slowness). Looking for TouchID login and it is a good feature to have.
