Done with AT and T
I regret switching from Verizon to AT and T. I have been with them for six months and they have yet to get my bill correct. Each month I have to call and spend 30 minutes to 1 hour speaking to ineffective customer service staff. I have spoken with Kristen employee #FDNN4Y4 who promised my bill would be corrected the next month and it wasnt. I spent over an hour on the line today with Sheniqua employee #SM77J and Caleb employer #CQ6B38 who didnt address the issue and were rude. I am done with AT and T. Please
Dont make the same mistake I did.
