App does not respond, cycles and goes to someplace other than requested to. Need to make more robust.

I love having this app, which makes it really easy to pay my wireless bill in just a couple clicks. Very convenient!

Convenient

Easy access. Best and fastest way to pay my bill, access my account and monitor usage.

Not user friendly.Keeps asking me to sync a wearable.

I just want to see my current usage previously it would take me to my info. Now it wont allow me to go to the screen.

Great app

I love the app. Easy to navigate, quick way to pay the account and easy to follow. It is one app that I use at least once a month. It sends me a reminder of when the bill is ready and I use the app to pay my bill.

This app works great! It saves time. It gives accurate information.

So far so good

Ive read a lot negative reviews on this app. However, its worked very well for me so far. I can manipulate every aspect of my wireless account. Fingerprint authorization is a real plus.

Easier To Use

I find this app easy to use and more than adequate. My beef is that at least once a year I stop getting billing notifications. What gives?! I only use the app to make payments, yet it just stops notifying me that payment is due. Its incredibly annoying.

I can log in again

Now it lets me log in! Of course its not as straight forward as clicking "log in", and typing your password -that would be too logical. You have to click on "log in with another account", and type your phone number.

Doesnt work

Error message: L354: Looks like a network connection problem... The problem isnt on MY end.

Never Opens

I have had this app for a while now it keeps on crashing and never opens; thanks ATT for another worthless product!

Update iPhone app

Ever since the latest update, Im unable to log on....I have signed out and everything possible but unable to get pass the sign in screen!!!

Our internet is incredibly slow.but AT&T said it would be fast.they also say our internet will never go out.it goes out at least once a day and our bill for AT&T is expensive.

Cant log in lately

What is going on lately that I cant access the website thru the app? Need to work on it.

Doesnt do anything I need it to

This is an awful app. Where is the green data usage bar. I dont care what the gray bar says about where I am in the billing cycle. I need to be able to see at a glance what my data usage is BEFORE I get the text saying "youre almost out!" I tried looking at the usage reports, thats a cluster and far too clunky to use. The whole point of an app on a phone is easy access. This is the opposite. Im thinking your developers need to step up the game on this one.

Good for paying bills & usage but not for customer support

This app helps make reviewing usage and paying bills easy but not working to get any support for services!

Easy to Use, Solid App

I can see from the reviews that other people are having problems, but it works really well for me. No problems logging into my account, and all my information is there an up-to-date. Plenty of options to let me track and manage my accounts.

Not for humans

Somebody at AT&T made sure to do everything 100% opposite any human being would want or need in an app. Totally and completely Spam web app that does nothing useful. If you want to have your day ruined, use this app.

Additions to app

You need to add two things. One is finger print login. It should be on there by now as well as easy data tracking from the drop down notification bar. Verizon does this and everyone loves it. Thank you.

Unreliable

Doesnt always allow you to login. Youd think att would want to make its own apps work well
