Good app

This an excellent app, but since the last update I have no been able to log in over a wi fi connection. A network connection error came out.

Terrible

A truly awful app. Has potential to be functional and useful, but it crashes constantly and it loses connection to the receiver each time you exit the app or your phone/tablet goes to "sleep". Ridiculous! Connectivity, or lack thereof, is a MAJOR downfall/shortcoming.

A poorly conceived mess

Much like their service, AT&Ts app fails to deliver. Navigation, UI/UX, and overall performance is almost programmed in defiance of the user and any plausible notion of how a real person would want to use it. Troubleshooting functions seem to have been conceived several years ago and have had zero updates since. After initiating troubleshooting for slow internet speed, the app asks whether the trouble is with a mobile device or computer. Thats it. So while you may live in a world with smart televisions, Apple TV, Roku, and other streaming devices, AT&T has not quite caught up. Another indication this app is woefully neglected: It logs you out spontaneously and sporadically. This shows both a lack of dedication to this apps development and a refusal to begin to imagine how people might like to use the app. Dont bother with this husk. Just go to their site, unless you think of your time as expendable waste.

Not working

App not working from last update. Same error when try to log in

Never works

What a useless app. No matter when I try to use it to view my usage history or current bill, it says its unavailable and to try back later.

Cant access app

Cant access app with wifi connection, only with LTE data. Have tried on iPhone and iPad. The error code is L354. How long will it take to add Touch ID support?

Touch ID

This app needs to enable Touch ID for login instead of "remembering your password" for heightened security and usability.

Horrible

Cant get it to login half of the time. This app is garbage.

Split payment feature does not work.

Split payment feature doesnt work. You cant select different credit cards in mobile app. Useless for this purpose.

Needs Touch ID

The app works for what I need. However, at this point any app that requires a password should also have the option for Touch ID access. This feature has been around for far too long for a major carrier not to include it in their app. Adding Touch ID would make it a 4-star app.

Missing one key feature

Not a bad app, but why no data widget like competitors have?

With this last update I cant even get in to the app. I get a L354 Error and doesnt proceed. It indicates that I have to check my Wifi connection. But was working ok before and the sad part is I have tried to speak with someone at Att and they cant seem to understand the problem I will uninstall and just pay on the web site.

the app hasnt worked in over a week. The same error message appears: L354 "Looks" like a network connection problem... RE-loading app didnt work. How are others able to use it?? Who can POSSIBLY give it more than 1 star?? Maybe it somehow works on their devices.

Att iPhone app

This is a pretty good app, but it definitely needs some tweaking. The alerts keep appearing even after you delete them. The app is also difficult to navigate, and is very slow to open. Touching certain things that you would like to open are not so easy because they are put between thin lines. Just thought this might help.
